  • 1 can tuna in olive oil, drained (5 oz)
  • 1/2 medium avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • cayenne pepper (optional, for a kick)

Assembly

  • 4-6 large lettuce leaves (butter, romaine, or collard greens work well)

Garnish (Optional)

  • cherry tomatoes (halved, in moderation)
  • sliced radishes
  • fresh dill

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced avocado, finely chopped celery, sugar-free mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper.

Mixing

  • Gently mix all ingredients until well combined, being careful not to mash the avocado too much.

Assembly

  • Spoon the tuna and avocado mixture evenly into the center of each large lettuce leaf.

Garnish & Serve

  • Optionally, top with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced radishes, or a sprinkle of fresh dill.
  • Fold or roll the lettuce leaves around the filling to create wraps, then serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder to the tuna mixture. These wraps are best enjoyed fresh, as the avocado mayブラウン over time.
